Supreme Secondary Learners Government of Manual National Highschool aims to foster a dynamic inclusive student leadership environment within educational institutions with its goal include, first, student representation ensuring the students have voice in school matters and policies. Second, leadership development, to provide opportunities for students to develop their skill, teamwork , and leadership and asense of responsibility. Third, community service, encourage students to engage outreach program community service. And, lastly, cultural and arts promotion, to support cultural and artistic expression among students toward in our nation.
