Health, Active Citizenship, Environment

The Association of Langkiwa Youth Volunteers (ALYV) is a dynamic and community-driven youth organization based in Barangay Langkiwa, City of Biñan. Established in 2019, however, they've already started serving the community under the name of the Red Cross Youth Council, a school-based organization founded in 2017, but most of them have already graduated from school; hence, they decided to extend their hands in the community, so they named the organization ALYV, which means a continuous service through the life of the youths to empower and engage young people in meaningful volunteer activities, community development, and social initiatives. Our organization is already registered in the Local Youth Organization Program (LYORP) under the offices of the Youth and Sports Development Office (YASDO) and the National Youth Commission (NYC), also a member of the Local Youth Organization Council of Biñan (LYDC), and has received recognitions at the barangay level, city level, and provincial level. ALYV, serves as a catalyst for positive change in the Langkiwa community and beyond, harnessing the energy, creativity, and passion of youth to address various societal challenges. With a strong commitment to youth empowerment, community development, and social change, ALYV aims to create a brighter future for the community and inspire youth to become active and engaged citizens in the society.
