Junior City Officials is a youth organization that counterparts the City Officials as a representative of the youth. The organization is composed of youths from different barangays in the City of Biñan aiming for a community where youth-involvement is vital to efficiently carry out the objectives of the local government for the youth and to the youth. Thus, through the efforts of Biñan JCO to implement projects that are not limited by the situation shall apprehend and respond to the needs of the youth and the community by a collective voice in a proactive environment. We believe that we should arise despite the crises that shall be conceived as the avowals to serve the community through the 9 Centers of Youth Participation by which, the organization shall focus on attaining social inclusivity, health, environment, and education. In the manner of leadership, Junior City Officials will do their duty through their consensus to attend to the call of every youth in the purpose of contributing to the betterment of the City of Biñan where youths are involved and definitive.
