To become an organization body that will serve as guide for all out of school youth in Barangay Lanat, San Manuel, Tarlac. To become the leaders that will contribute to our progressing society and be the one to lead for the children and OSY members in progress and development. To be able to transform the members by teaching them the fundamentals of social responsibility, healthy living, and cultural acceptance, where they will bceome globally competitve and productive citizen of our community.
