Economic Empowerment

An umbrella organization of Department of Agriculture-Agricultural Training Institute composed of in-school and out school youth involving in agricultural programs and livelihood projects for the four-fold development of the: HEAD-to clearer thinking HEART-to greater loyalty HANDS-to larger service HEALTH-to better living of the community, country and the world. Is a youth-lead, advocacy centered, civic-driven organization re-established by Tubunganon youth engaging in farming activities with the guidance of the Municipal Agriculture Office headed by Miss Marjorie and Mrs. Renally Estopido as its 4-H Club municipal coordinator Aiming to: inspire more youth to engage in agricultural activities and practices; to serve as the face and the voice of the most vulnerable sector, the youth; to be the catalyst in revolutionizing agriculture to achieve food sustainability for every Tubunganon; to develop leadership and agricultural skills of its members and youth empowerment through social and political awareness.
