The organization shall envision encouraging students to gain a deep understanding of what is the value of education in their lives. The organization shall pursue to empowering every youth to fulfill their academic and career passion in order to be eligible to the job they want to be in the near future. The organization shall have the following objectives are to provide the youth of Barangay Nipoo of various project and activities to help and develop their skills when it comes to Academic Excellence, to conduct a career development to all the members of the organization and to learn effectively and demonstrate their knowledge and skills in the variety of abilities of the Youths.
