The organization pursue in conducting talent and skills enhancement and proficiency workshops and other interventions, be expose to talent and skills competitions locally and internationally. The organization will also strive to discover, develop and nurture the talents of the youth in Matuguinao, Samar and inculcate among themselves the values of respect, discipline, honesty, teamwork, humility and trust. This organization aims to discover the hidden talents of the aspiring members of the organization, develop the different skills of all the members, expose to formal skills/talent training and workshops, provide and equip the members of additional skills on their talents, expose the members of the organization to the different developmental programs and activities, craft and develop and sustain a talent and skills development program, provide members with assistance and network to be an empowered entrepreneurs and develop camaraderie among members.
