Gaor Kabataan is a youth organization organized by student and community leaders from Poblacion, San Pascual, Batangas. It was established to promote nation-building and address problems of the youth within the municipality. It also aims to widen the programs and open opportunities to all ages, genders and raises. This organization participates in different areas such as health, education and literacy, professional development, community development, environment, sports and leisure, and diversity, equity and inclusion. Health - Main problem of many communities is the health system. The organization works toward health and well-being for all and has a bold commitment to end diseases. Education & Literacy - For the time being, affordable education is still a predicament. Gaor Kabataan supports youth to encourage them to pursue their dreams through schooling. Professional Development - As young adults enter the industry, there’s a need for an initial guide in order for them to know their right path. The organization will develop programs for their initial and continuing development as young professionals. Community Development - In general, communities encompass all the areas of participation. The organization aims to have projects and programs for all to address what the barangay really needs aside from the listed areas. Environment - The organization believes that change must start within ourselves. Youth, as early as now, must start to be a soldier for our mother earth thus, the organization will also target initial environment-centered activities. Sports & Leisure -Going beyond basketball league is what the organization aims. Youth must have an equal opportunity to showcase their skills and talent. Diversity, equity and inclusion - This is a current matter, especially among the youth. The organization aims to break barriers of differences and promotes unity and camaraderie. This will be a ground for young leaders to offer their leadership to the youth of Municipality of San Pascual.
