VISION: We, the members of Balabag Empowered Young Speakers, envision ourselves as models to our fellow youth, servant of the youth, and dedicated individuals that shall uphold to the interests of our fellow youth in creating a child and youth centered community. MISSION: Invoking the guidance of our elders, with our Sangguniang Kabataan and Barangay Officials as our models, we the members and officials of Balabag Empowered Young Speakers,commit ourselves to; To live a valued life; To love making good service for total youth development; To personal transformation and environmental protection; and To be interconnected to others.
