The Sta. Emelia Catholic Youth Organization (SECYO) is a faith-based, youth- serving organization located in Barangay Santa Emelia, Veruela, Agusan del Sur. it is exclusively dedicated to Catholic youth members, aiming to provide them with a platform for spiritual growth and active engagement in addressing the unique challenges and concerns facing young people in their community. SECYO's vision is to serve as a wellspring of inspiration for Catholic youth, nurturing their deep connection to the Catholic faith, core beliefs, traditions, and teachings of the Catholic Church. Simultaneously, the organization seeks to have positive and meaningful impact by addressing the various issues and concerns.
