The 4-H Club represents the four personal development areas of focus for the organization; head, heart, hands, and health. Though typically thought of as an agriculturally focused organization as a result of its history, 4-H today focuses on citizenship, healthy living, science, agri-fishing, and food preservation, and processing. It simplifies “Engaging youth to reach their fullest potential while advancing the field of youth development”. Vision: To be the first youth organization of Barangay Bateria that will provide numerous and various opportunities in leadership, livelihood, and research aligning with the organizational purpose and ultimately advancing the Baterihanon Youth in both personal and professional development. Mission: We strive to “Make the Best Better” in order to offer the utmost service to Bateriahanon Youth while reaching their fullest potential by partaking in community engagement and development programs therefore gaining lifelong useful skills.
