Pag-Asa Youth Association of the Philippines Tagbilaran Chapter is an organized in every barangay where there is a high incidence of out-of-school-youth and other disadvantages youth. PYAP’s are federated at the barangay ,city/municipality , regional and national levels to promote networking and unit at various levels.
