The purpose of the organization is to establish and enhance unity and safety among the students of Pambayang Kolehiyo ng Mauban. It aims to promote and implement activities and meaningful projects that aim to develop the capability of having sufficient knowledge in first aid and, above all, contribute to strengthening safety among each other and encourage students to further enrich their knowledge in first aid (BLS). It will allocate projects and activities that will enhance the safety of the students. It will also collaborate with the SSC and other organizations by providing quality services for the safety of the students and the entire institution. The official logo of the organization consists of a circular shape with a long horizontal line on top, with the letters PKM written on it. Above the line is the official PKM logo, which features a star of life in the center, surrounded by red and white leaves. On either side of the star are rectangular boxes with the numbers 20 and 23, and at the bottom is a curved text that says "EMERGENCY RESPONSE TEAM. "We, the students of Pambayang Kolehiyo ng Mauban, come together with the goal of achieving a well-organized and safe school that believes in unity, understanding, and equality. We strive to accomplish the following objectives and aspirations: to have a high level of student learning in addressing unexpected events (emergency); to promote extensive knowledge among fellow students and teachers; to enhance safety knowledge that meets the institution's needs; and to serve as an effective instrument in strengthening safety, understanding, and unity within the school.
