Social Inclusion and Equity

The Ala-GAD Advocates is an organization in Mindoro State University-Calapan City Campus consists of 520 members and 10 officers. This youth organization solely focus on Gender and Development and the subjects it entails. The organization aims to strengthen gender and development and foster camaraderie among the members of the campus community. We seek to create an environment with equal access to opportunities, resources, and rights, regardless of one’s gender. Moreover, we strive to develop a sense of community through means beneficial to its members. Through various approaches, we promote inclusivity, diversity, and advocacies against gender bias, stereotypes, and discrimination.
