"District 3 Circle of Youth Organization is created to unite every youth in the barangay. It is vital that the youth takes lead in bringing change for the betterment of Philippine Society. It aims to be a strong ally of youth towards empowerment and a body that creates purposive and significant programs for the better of the youth. The organization shall have objectives: - To be support system of the community in term of youth participatiion. - To influence that youth to be a better individual and transform them to be societal leaders. - To promote camaraderie and social interaction in the community. - To be an example to younger generation persuades them to join youth movement towards nation building."
