To help the members of the LGBTQ+ Community to develop passionate love of country, values and competencies that will able them to realize their full potential and to contribute meaningfully in building the nation. To empower LGBT people who have been impacted by violence or the threat of violence on the grounds of (perceived) sexual-orientation and gender identity to enable them to fight social isolation and psychological stress; to improve their self-image and confidence; to develop better coping strategies and to use mutual support networks. To nurture an inclusive service-oriented, gender sensitive and environment conscious community. To train various types of helping professionals and service providers to increase their knowledge of violence and discrimination against young LGBT people and to facilitate skills necessary to work effectively and supportively with them. To increase the awareness to participants of HIV/AIDS, its impact, management and availability of support systems. This is to encourage early testing and lifestyle changes that will thereby reduce and prevent further infection. To contribute to the greater protection of young people against homophobic and trans phobic violence.
