This organization started in 2005 and is recognized as the "Supreme Student Council," which is part of the highest-ranking organization covering students throughout the institution of the Pambayang Kolehiyo ng Bayan ng Mauban. It aims to lead and serve as the representative of students in various aspects of the campus related to their rights, welfare, and participation. It provides students with a voice in administrative, academic, and other college-related matters. The official office of the Supreme Student Council is located in Sitio Loob, Brgy. Polo at PKM Admin.
