We, the Catholic Youth Ministry of Our Lady of Peace in Good Voyage Parish under the Diocese of Marbel, invoking the guidance of Almighty God, conscious of our mission to proclaim the good news and committed to denounce the social evils which affect our cultural, religious, economic, political and towards Total Human Liberation and Development in order to help bring the "New Self" (Eph. 4:24) and the "New Earth" (2Pt. 3:13) that is more humane, just, nationalist and free society, and in union with our Bishop and priests with the following objectives: to make the CYM aware the necessity to organize, discover and develop youth skills and abilities along with the Christian life; to achieve genuine patriotism and nationalism through seminars among the CYM Cultural, Religious, Economic, Political and Ecology (CREPE) aspects of Human Life; to help the CYM strengthen and deepen their Catholic Faith through an ongoing contextualized seminars on the bible and catholic doctrines; to initiate income-generating projects through financial outreach, activities particularly in order that the financial needs of the ministry are met: and lastly, to research and document the important current issues and events un the community particularly those affecting the youth.
