The KASANDIGAN NG KABATAAN is an official Youth Community Organization in Calamba City, Laguna Philippines. It aims to unite and empower youth individuals by a common desire to inspire leadership, foster unity, and contribute to our community. It also visualizes members to be active when it comes to community engagements, services and passion through the initiative programs and projects. The KASANDIGAN NG KABATAAN, in partnership with Sangguniang Kabataan. Aims to mold Kabataang Calambenos to the best of their ability to lead, inspire and forward-thinking members of Kasandigan ng Kabataan of Calamba City. To, reach out to the public and promote youth community mobilization. The purpose of the Organization is multifaceted: to provide a dynamic platform for the holistic development of leadership skills, nurture a sense of belonging and community, and actively engage in meaningful initiatives that positively impact society. Stands for “Kasandigan” kasama, kakampi o kaakibat, “Kabataan” as young individuals. Which states that the organization is committed to share its leadership skills in the community to promote community programs, projects and services in general, and how these essential elements combine and work together to form that empowerment in these sectors. In order to inspire young people to be informed and socially conscious citizens, we work to increase youth awareness of important social issues. We address issues like equality, justice, and human rights through workshops, seminars, and awareness campaigns, encouraging a sense of responsibility towards building a just and equitable society. Development and Growth are essential components that empower youth via lifelong learning and teamwork. We ensure accountability for our actions by valuing ethical behaviour, open communication, and teamwork. Together, these principles form the foundation of our organization, fostering a culture dedicated to long-term, constructive change.
