Environment

We the officers and members of the PYAP Sebario Chapter imploring the aid of almighty God in order to build a just and humane society that promotes the total development of the youth and other disadvantaged of youth. Our campaign is to support young people to turn those promises into reality, trying to make changes at local, national and international levels. Because the promises of the global goals cannot be kept anywhere without young people acting everywhere. Our objectives are; to provide education and experiences that help youth's frame and develop their leadership philosophies, to acquaint youth with issues, needs, resources and other factors that influence our communities future, to inspire youth to become ambassadors of community leadership among their peers, to create a strong and diverse base of future leaders for the community. And to become self-reliant l, economically productive and socially responsible citizens. Endowed with valves and behaviour to assist the government in promoting justice, freedom, values, unity, equality and peace for our barangay or community. Because as what Dr. Jose P. Rizal said "THE YOUTH IS THE HOPE OF OUR FUTURE".
