One Roquenian Youth Federation (ORYF) is a socio civic youth oriented organization that aims to improve the quality of life of the youth in our Barangay in a safe and supportive environment, and encourage them to become active, productive members of their families, schools, and communities. The organization was created by having a general assembly of all the youth in different sitios of our barangay. We make sure that each Sitio will be well represented so that we can easily reach out to the needs or to whatever problems or issues that needs immediate action. ORYF will make sure that Youth achievers will be recognized for their immense talent and contribution. We believe that this will encourage and inspire everyone. ORYF aims to help all the Roquenians realize their worth so that each makes positive contributions to our Barangay and society in general. We have different projects that will let them perform and bring out the best in them. These will provide them with multiple opportunities for civic engagement, services, and leadership. These projects will also teach them the value of teamwork, discipline & and determination that will help them to be a better individual and productive youth of society. Organization meetings must be conducted every month and there will be special meetings if needed. ORYF elected officers are individuals who are well-trained, knowledgeable in the field, competent, compassionate, and culturally responsive. Team building is also conducted once in a while to maintain the camaraderie of the officers.
