Organize Young musicians in SJDM Bulacan and develop a programs/activities that help them to promote their talents, skills and interest to music 2. to use music as vehicle to mobilize the fellow youth in advancing human rights 3. to promote young musicians work of art in music 4. uplift leadership and confidence of young musicians to forward youth rights as well as human rights
