Katipunan ng Kabataan BRGY. BF International CAA is an organization that is under the Sangguniang Kabataan BRGY. BF International CAA. In which the Katipunan ng Kabataan serves as a Serve as the highest policy-making body to decide on matters affecting the youth in the barangay. As such, the SK shall consult and secure the concurrence of the majority of the KK members present, there being a quorum, based on the list of the SK Secretary, in the formulation and approval of all its policies, plans, programs, and activities that promote the welfare of the youth, such as the CBYDP and ABYIP. in accordance to the 10742 or the SK Reform Act of 2015. Katipunan ng Kabataan is the highest form of organization which the organization in every BF International CAA is under the jurisdiction of SK and KK. The main objective of the Katipunan ng Kabataan is to become a supporting system of Sangguniang Kabataan. As the Katipunan ng Kabataan aims to take the initiative to serve the fellow youth of BRGY.
