Balayan Municipal Scholars (BMS) is a community-based organization that aims to prepare scholars for transformational leadership and community development by providing high-quality education, leadership development, community participation, cultural awareness, professional training, ethical education, and lifelong learning. Members of this organization seek the improvement and implementation of activities or programs that would benefit the youth and the community. Balayan Municipal Scholars (BMS) is a youth-serving organization that consists of youths from at least two or more barangays. Rich in ideas and backed by goal-oriented mindsets, members of Balayan Municipal Scholars (BMS), together with its adviser, are dedicated to serving and bringing positive changes to the community of Balayan. Balayan Municipal Scholars (BMS), driven by a passion for progress, bring fresh perspectives and unwavering dedication to the table. Is open to forming partnerships with like-minded youth organizations to amplify impact, dreaming of a Balayan where young voices are heard and empowered, dreaming bigger, and reaching further together. Together with the ever-supportive government in the municipality of Balayan, Balayan Municipal Scholars (BMS) unlocks the boundless potential of Balayeño youths, transforming them into agents of positive change. Striving to shine a light on Balayan's vibrant spirit and setting a new standard for youth leadership that resonates beyond our beloved town.
