Padayon Iskolar is a Financial Assistance Program of the Local Youth Development Office under the umbrella of the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office of the Municipal Government of Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental. It was officially launched in August 8, 2023 under the leadership of Mayor Nadya B. Emano-Elipe as an active youth organization of Padayon Iskolar beneficiaries in Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental. It has been organized in every barangay and was federated at the municipal level. The revitalized Financial Assistance Program of the LGU-Tagoloan -- Padayon Iskolar is organized to be able to: -ensure easy access in the processing of financial documents; -ensure sustainability and continuity of the program; -address the municipality's poor constituents from the cycle of poverty.; and -ensuring the completion of a college educational of a member in each family.
