Sibico (Sirang : Coalition of Bicolano Youth Leaders) is a youth-led, non-profit, and socio-civic inter-provincial youth-serving organization that paves the way for the youth to experience socio-civic involvement encompassing advocacy-driven projects, initiatives, and the establishment of coalitions, Sirang seeks to serve as the pivotal nexus for emerging leaders within the youth demographic in the Bicol Region. It is a central network of youth leaders who are driven to be prime movers for change, to promote volunteerism, advocacy of solutions towards relevant issues in the Bicol Region, and the composition of sustainable and innovative ways of nurturing the betterment of the socio-political landscape of the Region.
