Gryphon Fire Volunteer and Rescue - Canaman Chapter is a youth-serving organization affiliated with Gryphon Fire Volunteer and Rescue, Bicol RS Inc. Established on July 15, 2022, this chapter consists of dedicated students and young professionals from various barangays in Canaman who volunteer their time and skills to provide humanitarian services. These passionate individuals undergo rigorous training in rescue operations to effectively serve their community and save lives. GFVR - Canaman Chapter offers a variety of training programs designed to equip individuals with vital life-saving skills. These include Basic Life Support, Bandaging, Ropemanship, Spine Board Management, Man Carry Techniques, and Fire Fighting. These programs are not only beneficial for personal development but also contribute significantly to the safety and well-being of the entire community. In addition to training, Gryphon Fire actively participates in rescue operations, crowd control, and various forms of volunteerism. The chapter’s commitment to public service ensures that its members are always ready to assist during emergencies, reinforcing the spirit of community and volunteerism in Canaman.
