Carmen Enyouthiastic Organization is created by youth who are empowered and courageous to bring all the youth together in order to lead a purposeful youth environment. The organization shall have the following objectives: a. Minimize destructive behaviors among the youth within the Barangay; b. Have a desire to contribute to the community; c. Enhance leadership development among the youth; d. Promote open youth to youth communication; e. Participate in all youth related activities in the community; f. Actively engage in healthy sports and other form of entertainment; and g. Prioritize education while participating in this organization.
