The CYA or "Competitive Youth Association" is made up of young people aged 15 up to 30 years old, schooling or not, a community-based group, with dedication to develop not only for their own, but primarily to participate and intervene on matters concerning the improvement of our society. At present, the CYA is affiliated to the “Pag-asa Youth Association of the Philippines - Las Piñas Chapter” or PYAP under the supervision of the “Department of Social Welfare and Development" or DSWD, for greater formation, development and strengthening the ability of youth leadership to become a responsible and productive citizen. Their VISION is to show what young people can do for God, themselves, others, the community, and the nation; Whilst MISSION statement is to encourage young people and train them be a true and good leader and take part for the development of our country.
