PYAP - Salvador Chapter was established in accordance to the guidelines of PYAP., Inc. - National Federation. PYAP was organized in the Municipality to build a just and humane society that promotes the total development of all out of school and disadvantaged youth in the Municipality of Salvador to become self-reliant, economically productive and socially responsible citizens, endowed with values and behavior to assist the government in promoting justice, love, equality and peace.
