The FAYOB organization envisions youths as the next generation of emerging leaders who will uphold the objectives, aspirations, and purpose of their respective organizations while also working to ensure the well-being of youth in the municipality of Buenavista. The organization is committed to providing youth leaders and organizations with the resources necessary to become active in facilitating the continual development of Buenavista's youth. The organization shall have the following objectives: a. To help different youth and youth-serving organizations of Buenavista in their own mission, vision and goals for the youth; b. To help young leaders in developing their leadership skills and their ability to help their fellow youth; c. To create core youth organizations that are duly accredited by the local government in each barangay in the municipality of Buenavista; and d. To maximize the resources for the development, participation, and welfare of youth within Buenavista.
