Active Citizenship

Madaya Kalumbayan Organization was established/organized with the active facilitation of the designate-Local Youth Development Officer and the Sangguniang Kabataan Officials Of Barangay Madaya. It was established due to the fact that Barangay Madaya don't have existing youth organization. The main focus/objective of the organization is to empower all youth of Barangay Madaya to become an active citizens in promoting civic engagement and enhanced their community service and volunteerism.
