Active Citizenship

Panaliwad-on Youth Organization was organized through the active facilitation of the designate-Local Youth Development Officer and the current Sangguniang Kabataan Officials of Barangay Panaliwad-on due to the fact that their is no existing youth organization in Panaliwad-on. It was organized primarily to encourage all youth in the barangay to be an active citizens and be an advocate for better change especially for the welfare of youth. It focus on empowering young people of Panaliwad-on to become active citizens in promoting civic engagement and community service and volunteerism.
