The “Poblacion II Youth Performing Arts” was established in the year 2019 with the help and support of the elected SK Chairperson at that time, Hon. Tom Cesar V. Vergara. The group attended various workshops and training seminars conducted by the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Poblacion II, Tagbilaran City Bohol. The stage debut of P2YPA happened at Mutya Sa Poblacion II 2019, and after that many opportunities came to the group and started performing anywhere in the province of Bohol. The P2YPA is one of the prides of Barangay Poblacion II, it does not only help a youth’s talents and abilities hone in the field of arts, but joining this organization also helps them be empowered and encourages a youth to participate in any youth development in his community.
