Determined, Driven, Different, Dedicated Youth, also referred to as the 4D Youth Organization, is a community-based child and youth organization with its headquarters located in Guiuan. It covers four municipalities spanning two provinces in Region VIII, namely: Guiuan and Salcedo in Eastern Samar, and Marabut and Basey in Samar. The 4D Youth Organization is dedicated to advocating for teen health, peer education, child rights and protection, environmental education, and youth leadership and empowerment.
