The Alexis G. Santos National High School Supreme Secondary Learner Government serves as the highest governing body for all students in the school. Its primary objective is to foster the development of leadership skills and qualities among student leaders within its jurisdiction. Additionally, it strives to raise awareness among students about their fundamental rights as both students and citizens of the country. Moreover, the organisation aims to inspire and shape student leaders, as well as ordinary students, into active and vigilant citizens within their own communities and the country as a whole. To achieve this, the government develops projects, programs, and activities that align with the core values of Maka-tao, Makakalikasan, Makabansa, and Maka-Diyos. It also implements policies and programs to safeguard and promote students' rights and welfare while monitoring and evaluating their activities both within the school and in the community.
