The TROPANG ALAGAD is a non-profit, non-governmental community-serving youth volunteers' organization, composed of aspiring leaders who want to bring change and development in different areas such as agriculture, health and education, environment, culture, and youth and community empowerment. The TROPANG ALAGAD shall focus to the attainment of the following goals: A. To provide platform for the youth to develop their leadership skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities; B. To promote volunteerism for the youth and community service among young people, encouraging them to actively participate in activities that promote positive social change; C. To create a supportive and inclusive environment where young people can express themselves freely and learn from one another; D. To partnee with local organization and stakeholders to create sustainable solutions to community challenges; and E. To inspire young people to become agents of change and advocates for agricultural development, healtht mind and body, proper education, environmental conservation, culture preservation, and youth and community empowerment.
