PYAP Lanao del Norte is geared the total development of both advantaged and disadvantaged youth in terms of their socio-economic, psychological, physical, cultural and spiritual development. To promote the development of youth in the entire province to become self-reliant, economically productive, socially responsible citizens and to offer opportunities for leadership that disadvantaged youth might not get otherwise. It also builds good companionship where they can express themselves through social activities or just being to talk with peers.
