• The KASARIVAL YOUTH ASSOCIATION was formed to increase the number of the youth organizations in the Barangay; to support and conduct projects for the youth sector, such as volunteerism activities, community planning and decision making. Youth collaboration can benefit community non-profit organizations, volunteer programs. One of the purpose of this organization that youth can be an effective planning and decision resource; Younger members can help long term community effects because they’re in a position to become long-term contributors; Involved youth can help organizations become more aware of issues that concern younger population, which can increase an organization’s impact. Additionally, youth who give back to their communities develop leadership skills, learn the importance of helping others and gain leadership experience.
