The Green and Blue Environmental Society or GABLES is the official environmental organization of the Zamboanga State Collage of Marine Sciences and Technology ZSCMST. Rooted from the Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science Program (BSES) with the echoing urge for a better and sustainable environment. The organization's name encapsulates the mission and core values of the institution in which "Green" refers to the natural environment and "Blue" for the Bluer seas. The society though fairly new, have engaged and spearheaded various environmental projects such as clean up drives, seminars and tree planting activities, where attendees were immerse to practical environmental works and were encourage to be innovative. The Gables with its passionate Green ambassadors is thriving for a sustainable and better school society.
