PYAP Federation of Tubod, Lanao del Norte Chapter is geared toward the total development of both advantaged and disadvantaged youth in terms of their socio-economic, psychological, physical, cultural, and spiritual development. It promotes the development of the youth in the entire municipality to become self-reliant, economically productive, and socially responsible citizens and to offer leadership opportunities that disadvantaged youth might not get otherwise. Further, it also builds good companionship where they can express themselves through social activities, and discuss youth issues and concerns, and create solutions and recommendations through program planning and implementation.
