Kabataan Gawa Youth Leadership Council is an Youth Organization that was formally form during the pandemic year 2019 it was a group of youth aging 15-30 years old that is coming from Zone 2 of Barangay San Miguel, Bula, Camarines Sur. The purpose of the organization is to help the citizen of Barangay San Miguel during the conduct of Relief operations when there was a calamity, manpower support when there was an event like induction ceremony, attended seminars related to youth empowerment and leadership, and participate in various activities such as clean and green program, gift giving activities for the children and bloodletting activity.
