The Red Cross Youth is one of the six major services of the Philippine Red Cross. One of its recognized organizations is the College Red Cross Youth-Isabela State University-Ilagan Council. Its major objectives is to inculcate humanitarian values and effective leadership among youth volunteers and to empower them through different trainings and activities. These activities includes the Youth Volunteer Formation Course (YVFC) which aims to establish essential values for the youth to have a strong moral character and sense of strong leadership, Pledge 25 program which is focused on blood donation recruitment, HAPE or the HIV/AIDS Prevention Education, SAPE or the Substance Abuse Prevention Education, Junior First Aid Training, environmental protection programs, water, sanitation and hygiene, and many more.
