The Young Farmers Libas is one of the flagship program of SK Council for 2018-2013. The purpose of this program is to empower the youth to be more participative in terms of agriculture. Through this, it will help to positively engage especially the youth of Libas by providing an avenue to cultivate healthy and sustainable supply of foods that can also be a source of income for their family or for the community. The latest data for the members of this organization are 30 including the in-school youth and out-of-school youth. The officers and members of the Young Farmers Organization are willing to accept youths who voluntarily join the organization. Aside from empowering the youth, it also promotes the active participation of the out-of-school youth in our community. This program was made possible with the support of various sectors. The Sangguniang Kabataan of Brgy. Libas continues to support the youth as long as the impact is possitive.
