Ilocos Sur Environmental Enthusiasts is a youth organization that focuses on the welfare of the environment. The Ilocos Sur Environmental Enthusiast was formed to realize the following objectives: Shall promote environmental education, awareness, protection and conservation; Shall protect the rights of the members of the organization; Shall develop communal spirit, social ties and cooperative relationship among the members for a unified and peaceful organizations; Shall provide experiences for total and wholesome development as guardians of the Earth; Shall develop environmental leaders; and, Shall mold and sensitize communities and the Ilokano youth towards a more environmentally-oriented life. Ilocos Sur Environmental Enthusiasts (ISEE) envisions itself to hone and produce environmentally active Ilokano youth in the spirit of volunteerism. The mission of this organization is to encourage broad-ranging youth of Ilocos Sur to transform into guardians of environment and to engage in safeguarding all forms of life contributing meaningfully to the progress of a better place to live in.
