The organization started on September 23, 2022. It was organized to encourage youth in Asipulo to become one of the positive peer groups, inculcate volunteerism in each member, and be partners of non-government and government agencies in the implementation of their programs and services, as well as to campaign for food safety and security, enhance youth leadership skills and capabilities, and provide opportunities for the youth to showcase their talent and skills in the different art fields.
