RaTED Red is an affiliated club of the TED-Ed with program that is used in over 130 countries by educators in classrooms, schools, extra-curricular settings and educational organizations. It provides an avenue that supports students in identifying, developing and sharing their ideas in the form of short, TED-style talks. The club aims to help students develop 21st century skills of collaboration and critical thinking. Overall, members are being trained and prepared to be an advocate to create an opportunity to find solutions for the problems of today and the future. Objectives/Target Skills: The organization aims to develop 21st century skills through its program by, 1. identifying elements that impacts the society 2. researching, crafting, and presenting compelling ideas 3. developing confidence to share ideas with the community
