Poswoy Pagasa Youth Associaton (PPYA) is a barangay- based oragnization, non-political but cultural and socio-civic in nature and which consist of Out- of School -Youths and In -school -Youths, single, ages 15-30. This exist solely for the purpose of helping community and for the benefit of its members most specially initiate programs for the empowerment of Out of School Youth (OSY).
