The organization is geared towards the total development of the disadvantaged youth in terms of his/her socio-economic, physical, psychological, cultural and spiritual development.To promote the development of the out of school youth and other disadvantaged youth to become self reliant, economically productive and socially responsible citizens, able to contribute to the development of their family and community. Build a just and humane society that promotes the total development of the out-of-school youth and other disadvantaged youth to become self-reliant, economically productive and socially responsible citizens, endowed with values and behavior to assist the government in promoting justice, freedom, love, equality and peace.
