Ragay Agricultural Youth Organization (RAYO) is a community-based organization specifically for youth whose ages range from 10-30 years old, and whose members are bonafide residents of Ragay. This youth Organization has four (4) Objectives: Generally, it aims to educate young Ragayanos about the importance of agriculture and expose them to community-based projects and initiatives that support and promote sustainable farming and agricultural productivity. Another, it aims to develop future leaders in agriculture industry. Furthermore, this organization encourages youth community involvement that fosters personal growth and development, allowing them to develop skills in agriculture, and entrepreneurial skills to start their own agricultural business. Finally, Ragay Agricultural Youth Organization (RAYO) aims to cultivate a sense of responsibility among the youth of Ragay through their active participation in agricultural activities and programs. By encouraging their commitment and continues growth, the organization aims to make a significant contribution to the overall advancement of the municipality.
